I don't plan to show ALL the units for every dukedom. But just show the Knights of the Realm, with their shields and horse barding they are the more representative.
Here is l'Anguille.

Proud patron of 4zumi, Akar, CommodusIV ,Swaeft and Peaman
I've started working on the lords and agents

Lords
First, I got rid of the random colour and shields decals for the lord. With that, you could have a lord with a texture from a minor house of Brionne while playing as Bretonnia. I think it's nice to have a mix of heraldic shields form a duchy in a unit with many knights, but for the general I dodn't link it.
So instead the lrod has the generic colour of the factions now.
To keep some variety, I used the vanilla 4 different lords in campaign (different helmet and shields). But for each of them there are 3 different heraldic colour patterns: quartered, vair furs, and ermine furs. So it gives a total of 12 possible lords in campaign.
