    I guess well-being of criminals for UK government is more important then that of law-abiding citizens.
    As a former bar owner HH, lax carry laws in Idaho for law abiding but now drunk and disorderly patrons did not make me feel any safer.

    So if a maniac attacks you would you rather have a gun on you or no? Would you feel safer if only the maniac had a gun?
