New titles for existing characters

I believe I have made all the necessary changes in CEOs as well as assigning the title in the character_generation_template_game_mode_details_table (initial data) but the new title does not show in the game. I assume it might be because I also need to edit the startpos (like illustration) since I'm changing the title of an existing character. Does anyone know what to look for in the startpos that could relate to titles/traits?

build new ceo data
add that to a pack
generate new startpos
add new starpos to a pack
