Default Retraining units in 58BC campaign

Is there no mechanism to retrain roman legions in the 58BC campaign? I've defeated the Helvetti but all my armies are very depleted and now I have to attack the Germans.

When they were planning this mod, the question of letting the player train his legions arose and after a long debate, they decided that the best game experience is achieved when the player is not allowed to train (or train again) the numbered legions.
If you let the player train his legions without limitations, he will overtake the western Mediterranean with infinite stacks of his favorite legion! (in a nutshell… the X !!!!)
During DBG and early DBC, the script will provide a certain amount of supple cohors to replenish your army. This supplement represents renowned legionaries,
healed soldiers, reinforcements, etc. Available and ready for action.
