Changing unit color/texture of colonial line infantry doesn't work

I'd like to change the unit colour of the British colonial line infantry from red to navy blue. The problem is, I can't simply replace the textures in /unitmodels/textures as the ordinary British Line Infantry uses the same files. I can't however assign different textures to the colonial line infantry as there seems to be no separate entry for them in /db/warscape_animated_tables. So I wonder if this is hardcoded? Any help would be much appreciated

No, just create a new entry for them in the warscape_animated_tables and warscape_animated_lod_tables and a the name of that new entry in the soldiers row in the unit_stats_land_tables.
