I would not see a conspiracy in everything.

    Its the USA.

There is a varying degree in the professionalism of the local police / correctional forces:

    Look at Texas:

What do you want them to do, throw him across the back of the horse?

Well he operated a sex trafficking ring, he was not the only guy operating it, and it is rather improbable that he was the only beneficiary of it. And just like with Harvey Weinstein, his operations were an open secret to many. So it's kinda hard to not call that a conspiracy to begin with.

Bill Clinton, if I remember correctly, flew on his planes 26 times (?!), so it's also very hard to not be curious as to what his role was. But fortunately for him that will probably never be answered.

Not that it matters. Acosta had to go and Epstein wasn't going to get a plea deal because of the controversy. But I'm pretty sure anyone who does end up getting implicated will either face no charges at all, have them dropped, or get a similar plea deal to him.

Then you have the Trump white house more or less directly involved in the way the second investigation got started, and this case was/is a blessing for him (2020).

But the girls of course are (for now) still alive:

    [...]

The names of some prominent men Giuffre says she was directed to have sex with are spattered throughout the approximately 2,000 pages released Friday.

Besides Mitchell, they include: the late scientist Marvin Minsky, modeling scout Jean-Luc Brunel, former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, 71, Hyatt hotels magnate Tom Pritzker, 69, and prominent hedge fund manager Glenn Dubin, 62. Giuffre has previously identified Epstein’s lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, 80, and Prince Andrew, 59, as two of the people with whom she had sex.

All the men have issued denials, with some, including Dershowitz, insisting they never met Giuffre. No charges have been filed against anyone other than Epstein, who was indicted last month in New York on two counts of sex trafficking.

Some of the testimony released Friday is difficult to read, as when one 15-year-old Swedish girl, shaking and crying in fear, told a butler who worked for two of Epstein’s closest friends that she had been taken to Epstein’s private island in the Caribbean and ordered to have sex with him and others. The butler, in a sworn statement, said the girl, visibly traumatized, told him that Epstein and Maxwell had physically threatened to harm her and seized her passport to keep her on the island, according to the butler’s statement.

    [...]

Giuffre named at least two other women who were considered “sex slaves,’’ but said there were dozens of others who were directed to perform sex acts for politicians, businessmen and world leaders during the two and half years she spent with Epstein starting in 2000 when she was 17.

Prince Andrew is the little brother of Prince Charles. There are several girls who indicate him. And yet I'd be very surprised if he were ever to face prison.

What made me lol was this bit:

Great. So Epstein was even involved in the Clinton bribe money laundering organisation.

You know: The "humanitarian charity" that everyone and especially the Sauds felt compelled to donate lots of money to, until the moment Hillary lost in 2016. Then all of a sudden everyone stopped paying.

Dude committed ''suicide'', after having attempted one. You'd think the ''police'' would eliminate any possibility after the first attempt. Also ''camera malfunction''. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

It should be noted that Epstein wasn't being held at just any random old county jail with inexperienced and/or incompetent staff. He was being held at a certain Manhattan correctional facility from where terrorists with body-counts in the hundreds and El freaking Chapo couldn't escape. Put that together with Epstein's known deep political and business connections all over the world (literally just yesterday we had the first names firmly connected to this case drop - among them Bill Richardson, former Governor of New Mexico; George Mitchell, ex-Senator, Senate Majority Leader, and special envoy to the Northern Ireland conflict; and Prince Andrew, Duke of York), Epstein having been on suicide watch for the last two weeks (someone else on this thread has detailed some of the procedures for it on the previous page), and Epstein having just appealed his no-bail ruling also around the time of his last suicide attempt/'suicide attempt' (why bother appealing if you don't think you're going to live long enough to even get a ruling?), and you'll end up inevitably with a picture fishier than a painting of a school of anchovies. Considering all this I'd have to try quite hard to not get at least a little suspicious about his death.

Oh, btw. Remember how Chelsea Manning fared in prison?

    Quote Originally Posted by Guardian

Over more than six hours of intense questioning by his defence lawyer, David Coombs, Manning, 24, set out for the court what he described as the darkness and absurdity of his first year in captivity. The more he protested the harsh conditions under which he was being held, the more that was taken as evidence that he was a suicide risk, leading to yet more tightening of the restrictions imposed upon him.

    [...]

He was under constant observation, made to go to the toilet in full view of the guards, had all possessions removed from his cell, spent at times only 20 minutes outside his cell and even then was always chained in hand and leg irons.

    [...]

That night guards arrived at his cell and ordered him to strip naked. He was left without any clothes overnight, and the following morning made to stand outside his cell and stand to attention at the brig count, still nude, as officers inspected him.

The humiliating ritual continued for several days, and right until the day he was transferred from Quantico on 20 April 2011 he had his underwear removed every night. The brig authorities later stated that in their view the exceptional depriving of an inmate's underpants was a necessary precaution, in the light of his ominous comments about using his underwear and flip-flops to harm himself.

    [...]

Amid such alarming signals of potential self-harm, he was put on anti-depression and anti-anxiety drugs and put on suicide watch.

    [...]

He was under permanent observation from guards who sat in a booth right outside his cell, most of his possessions were removed, he was made to sleep on a pillowless suicide mattress with only a suicide blanket – one that could not be used to cause self-harm – to lie under at night.

    [...]

The cell contained a toilet that was in the line of vision of the observation booth, and he was not allowed toilet paper. When he needed it, he told the court, he would stand to attention by the front bars of the cell and shout out to the observation guards: "Lance Corporal Detainee Manning requests toilet paper!"

    [...]

At night the light situation was even worse. Because he was considered a possible risk of self-harm throughout his time at Quantico, he was under observation throughout the night, with a fluorescent light located right outside the cell blazing into his eyes. While asleep he would frequently cover his eyes with his suicide blanket, or turn on to his side away from the light, and on those occasions, sometimes three times a night, the guards would bang on his cell bars to wake him up so they could see his face.

Hahaha! So you're sayin' that Trump is in charge of the same prison system in New York that the SDNY sends its criminals to? You do know that it is the same SDNY that is investigating and sueing for Trump's tax returns. Oh wait...it's obvious you don't.

SDNY isn't a part of the State of New York. Do you even know the legal structure of this country?

Kinda reminds me of the Bruce Edward Ivins case. In both cases secret services were heavily involved. I wont say which but its not the CIA

Liberal retards in the media are trying to blame this on Russia. If there was something that could unite the country for once, then it'd be this. It's not possible. The liberal elite is the problem. We need to unite against them and remove them.

Looks like you're still having trouble understanding English. The SDNY is located in New York. They send their convicts to the Manhatten Correctional Facility; a federal facility. It is ran by Democrats just like any other jail facility in the city of New York. Oh yeah, just like I said, this is the same SDNY that is out to get Trump's IRS records.

So there. Looks like you're the one who doesn't understand the legal structure.

Now let me see, who would have the most to gain from Epstein contracting Arkancide? Oh yeah, that would be the Democrats.

New York State is doing it's tactics. The Federal Government isn't. You're not that good at this. Find me that federal tax fraud indictment.

That is, unless you place no value on separation of State and Federal powers?

Leftists always use deflection when caught in a mistake. Why don't you just admit that you were wrong? There ain't gonna be no indictment as long as the SDNY is being held up in court. Why don't you answer why Mueller gave the SDNY the paper work they needed to pursue tax records in the first place.

Meanwhile, the chance for an epidemic of Arkancide spreading is increasing:

Clinton has the power to kill anyone, anytime, anywhere, yet can't be bothered to take out random YouTubers who loudly say they're going to expose her. Nor did it occur to her to kill the Republicans who have been harassing her for decades.

Not my own, but it's the best argument about why these massive conspiracy theories just don't work in real life:

One very easy way to debunk many of these theories, especially the big ones, is through the use of Occam's Razor: eventually, the postulates you have to accept in order to believe the theory reach improbable or impractical lengths. A tenable conspiracy theory has to overcome at least ten hurdles:

    1. The 'cover story' must explain the event it's covering up well enough to endure all examination by media, law enforcement or other concerned parties.

    2. Every conspirator must have a perfect understanding of the cover story. Discrepancies could lead to the truth coming out.

    3. Every conspirator must have a means of contacting every other conspirator in complete privacy.

    4. Every conspirator must be willing to go to any lengths to keep the secret, and must abandon any notion of gaining fame, wealth, legal indemnity, or other benefits by revealing the conspiracy.

    5. Every piece of physical evidence must be destroyed, or placed in a secure location with incorruptible guardians. Forever.

    6. Anyone who discovers evidence (and is not part of the conspiracy) must be blackmailed, bribed, killed, or discredited. Which, in every case, will require a cover-up of its own.

    7. Anyone who might discover evidence must be monitored in some untraceable fashion for as long as they are a danger.

    8. Members of the conspiracy must have access to the hardware, money, and other resources they will need to do all these things, and their access to such resources must be either secret or justified in the public eye.

    9. No member of the conspiracy can be allowed to reveal it, so they must be in a position to silence any defector - yet each must trust the others not to misuse the power to kill or discredit them for any reason other than violation of the conspiracy.

    10. Lastly, there must be some reason that they are failing to silence the Conspiracy Theorist.
