Expanded.txt strange characters

Hi,

in my expanded.txt file in the bottom there are lot of strange characters, that the word processor show me like Oriental ideogram.
This characters are important ?

There is no SMT_PAPAL_STANDING_ELECTION_etc... in the eb2 expanded.txt; this looks like a problem of mixed files. I see "EB2 Italiano"; if this is a translation you are using/working on, then this is not the original file.

Sorry, this is a copy for my works and in the original place is all ok.
But in the file export_ancillaries have the same problem in the original file.

Maybe it's your computer saying that it's time to learn chinese

Have you tried with another text editor, like notepadqq? You can also emulate notepad++ on Linux i think. Otherwise no idea, sorry.
