Invisible sling doctoring request

Hi, I want to ask community to help with this issue - I'm not a modeller totally and a man from my team who added EB2 sling to this huscarl model can't realise what's the problem after some mounth spent.

In game animation is correct, but right hand is always empty. Secondary wearpon works fine.

Did he compare commenting to the EB model?

Edit: Converting the MESH file with GOAT results in error: 'byte format requires -128 <= number <= 127'
No idea what that means but it creates a 4KB file that crashes milkshape

Well, I can tell nothing about commenting, that's not my part of moding. I can give a link to initial task which I gave to my modeller.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read: 

Folder 1 contains main model.
Folder 2 contains EB slinger where we took sling model and bag with slinging stones from a chest.
Folder 3 contain model where we take head models with helmets to replace ones from original folder 1 model.

Ok, we have some progress here, the sling is visible but on the wrong place while moving and shooting (above the left shoulder). I'll be very pleased for help! Here is the model.
