    Enhanced Battles 1.6.1 (05/07/2019)

    Battles are longer and more tactical. Light and high compatibility mod.

    - morale tweaked
    - fatigue tweaked
    - units formations tweaked
    - projectiles reload time increased
    - cavalry speed increased
    - artilleries power reduced
    - towers damages reduced
    - charge power reduced
    - infantry speed reduced
    - melee attack speed reduced
    - projectiles damage reduced
    - unit experience gain tweaked thx to Mr.Freud

    DB tables modified ::

    this mod is designed to use as few tables in the database as possible to increase its compatibility

    - unit fatigue faster and recover slower a bit.
    - moral penality for general death reduced a little
    - moral penality for fatigue reduced a little
    - moral penality for outnumbered army deleted, function bugged

    - wedge and diamond formation tweaked
    - moral base reduced a little, units will flee quicker
    - unit speed in snow and sand increased a little
    - fatigue recovering reduced a little
    - fatigue is more important for morale
    - climbing walls will add more fatigue
    - cavalry nerfed a little
    - artilleries accuracy and damages increased a little
    - projectiles reload time increased
    - missile saving bonus base increased a little

    How to install :

    1) Place "@Arth_TW3K_enhanced_battles_1_6_1.pack" in steamapps\common\Total War THREE KINGDOMS\data
    2) Place "user.script" in \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\ThreeKingdoms\scripts

    Thanx but why did you make cavalry so weak?
    They cant even beat archer

    also the battles are too long it shoud be shorter

    Welcome to this forum, i see its your first post.

    cavalry stay the better damage dealer units, personnaly i dont have any problem to kill same tier archer.

    Perhaps you tried to kill elite spear archer with militia cavalry? can you tell me witch units do you use in the battle and units you fighted?

    For battle time, i think 10-15 min its ideal and thats i tried to make with this mod, i will not change that.

    Thanx im play total war since 2011 but its my new account anyway
    I used qian cavalry against Yi archer but they could not beat them like cavalry against archer.
    And about battle time for example its take so long to two mele infantry kill each other it should be 2 or 3 minutes shorter.

    Nice to see update. Gonna test it today.
    Previous version had way way too high stamina on all units, they never got tired

    i tried a battle with Qian cavalry against Yi archer and i kill them after only 2 charges, so i dont anderstand your problem sorry

    Hmmm alright thanku anyway i just wanyed feedback my experience when try your mod. And somthing else i seen was duels they take 17 min. In the end of battles you see generals still fight each other and just lost half of health.

    Thanks, had over 15min battle and majority of my and enemy units remained green stamina even after i chased the routing enemies off

    do you play in historical or romance mod? if you played romance mod, dont be surprised to have some strange unrealistics things ^^

    Yes i only play romance mode I will be grateful if you balance it for romance mod.

    But could you confirm me romance system battles make long battles as record sones ?

    Why it is just not possible to decrease the hit chance percentage ? It would automatically make battles longer without having to tweak all these others stats.

    I like the mod, it's pretty good. However, I think that morale needs some tweak, as many enemy units fight literally till the last man and, in my humble opinion, it spoils immersion a bit. Maybe some increase of rear attack/casualties morale penalties would make things more realistic. But well, you know, when it comes to battle mods every player has a different taste

    Btw I am playing records mode, hard campaign and normal battle.
