Unit Requirements Table

Does anyone know what table the unit recruitment requirements are under? I know in previous games you could go into the building effects tables and adjust them there, but for this one I'm struggling.

What i'm referring to, for example, would be the Imperial Defenders (Heavy spear infantry). Your general needs to be level 6 to recruit them, I'd like to either change that level or attach them to a building.

The table that sets that level 6 looks like it could be;
"campaign_unit_requirements_table"
the column '6' is in for the Imperial Defenders says maximum number? (in PFM) but that might be just a guess to what it was, as it's a bit coincidental otherwise...
