How to fix and play ranked multiplayer

Because I saw a lot of question about how to play multiplayer battles, players seeing empty battle lists, and players being stuck at Match found in the ranked multiplayer I will show you how to start ranked battles in Total War Three Kingdoms and how to fix a problem with being stuck at Match found message. It requires just Steam options changes. This way you will be able to play in the ranked battles in the Total War Three Kingdoms multiplayer vs other players in 1vs1, 2vs2 battles and so on.

For some stupid reason if you go to Multiplayer Battles the list is empty. Instead you just go to the singleplayer ones and the three options are a basic battle, a historic battle, ranked battle.
