It is a translation of one of my works, and i plan to send it to some periodical. I cannot pay you; if you are a native speaker and want to help you can pm me
The story is horror-ish (psychological, not monsters and such stuff).

A good start would be changing the first word in your title from "anyone" instead of "anything"
If I understand you correctly, what you're mostly searching for is grammar and punctuation, am I correct?
What can i say? Nothing starts well without a terrible typo in the very thread title...
Yes, grammar mostly; other than that perhaps a few words (cause i am not a native speaker and cannot be sure if they flow that well). I translate (for work) from English to Greek, but the other way around is risky for a non-native speaker.
Some periodicals do pay; if it gets accepted there it may be for the better, assuming a paying periodical is more viable and possibly more prestigious (though one story doesn't mean much, regarding money).
If you are just asking to what kind of periodical I aim to send, given I am taking the trouble of translating it, I may as well at least aim as high as possible (just don't ask for a list ).
Is this still needed?
I did get a couple of people to do this, so no. They have been locked in the dungeon for a week now, so I better go check on them ^_^
