I said it was dodgy, not that it did not exist .As Epic knows, it wasn't the Beeb, neither does that organisation deal with the Beeb exclusively. I'm fully aware of Murdoch papers reeeing over the issue so as to promote Sky TV.
And you well know the provisions of s158, if it is invoked, it can only be because white people are getting a disproportionate amount of internships. Bearing in mind that the two main hubs are in London and Manchester, all things beng equal, you'd expect at least a token presence of non-white trainees. Do you have a problem with black people getting training in the media? I noted your attitude to black Britons affected by the Windrush scandal.
Is this how you would like to see them?
Of course there is nothing to prevent the Beeb or other organisations applying this to white people, if the situation was reversed and they could demonstrate particular disadvantage, perhaps by focusing on those from a poorer background rather than Eton Oxbridge trust funded types who typically make use of prestigous internships. Living in London whilst working in an unpaid job costs a bleeding fortune.

I find it even more annoying when people who are bright enough to know better play along with fake assertions about UK employment laws because they have no empathy or perhaps some antipathy for the group or groups affected.
Amateurish............Creative Access is a British charity. It can't promote a foreign policy , it must stick to UK laws. That is s158, EA 2010 which I have explained in terms even a child could understand.
