The ones ''worried about the debt'' in Italy, the PD voters, the pro-EU crowd are... the rich. The only areas where PD wins are Rome center, Milan center, Florence center and Naples center. Now, public debt corresponds to private wealth; the money that the Italian state spent went into private citizens pockets. So if they are so worried about it, then there's a simply solution: if you are pro-Euro, pro-USE, debt reduction is your policy priority, then you get a 100% income tax above 20k a year and a 50% wealth tax. If you evade, you lose everything you own and go to jail. The money collected goes into debt reduction. We start getting 15% fiscal surpluses, the debt shrinks. Essentially, austerity for the rich.

Also, ''Salvini's start is declining'' has no grounds in reality. That article is 2 months old and Salvini just picked up a record high 34% of the vote. Those aren't polls, actual votes. Where is the decline? Pretty funny how you keep posting Guardian slander articles.

Interesting comparison between the current EU run by ordoliberals/Germany and the Nazi Empire.

Also according to the economic theory of the output gap, on which the EC policies are based, Italy has peaked growth for this year at 0.5% and should maintain at least a 10% unemployment rate to prevent wage growth and thus inflation. When in the next decade we will get a party that wants to leave the EU altogether, it's because of things like this.
