No diplomats for sweden? And small units

Started the game, but I have no diplomats as sweden, and can't seem to make them.
Other nations manage to do diplomacy, but I can't?
Sorry if I'm missing something obvious.

Also why are the units so small, even on Huge 39 cavalry and 89 musketers is kinda puny.

All diplomats are in an area near Vienna, an area they cannot leave.
This is intended so you can engage in diplomacy easily due to the huge map.

Later on you can train more diplomats and send them around the map, provided you have the required buildings.

Just check your agent scroll and you will see your diplomat in the zone I just told you about.

Regarding unit sizes, cavalry in in the 17th century were not as important as they used to be so the units were smaller, mainly used toi run down routers, or skirmish with gunners and ride away.

The musqueteers at 89 seem ok. I reckon you are on huge init size, correct?

sorry to bother here but I downloaded the installer and it says some corrupt files from infracta site, any working link for me to try this game?
