    Default Cultural Conversion.

    Does anyone know if destroying buildings from a different culture to build the same building from your culture speed up the culture conversion in a recently occupied settlement?

    Nope, they have no effect whatsoever.

    Only colony buildings and certain government buildings (the latter are automatically destroyed on conquest) convert.
