Blood Mods

Is anyone else having trouble getting blood mods that require an additional file to download to work? I have them in the right folder, settings maxed, and mods enabled but I cannot get the new textures to appear. Neither Rivers of Blood or the other blood mod do anything, doesn't matter if the game is vanilla or with DEI.

You'll have to edit the exta file as ''ready only'' plus I would suggest using the old launcher for better mod compatibility.
