Problems with the launcher

Hello,
I have a big problem. When i press "Play" in the launcher nothing happens - game is not starting, no errors, just nothing. And it is not only when i want to launch Rome 2 it happens also when im trying Warhammer, Britania - all Tatal War games.
What should i do? I tried to verify plicks but still the same...

1. Open Steam
2. Open Games Library
3. Right click on Total War Warhammer 2/Rome/whatever and select properties
4. Navigate to "Betas"
5. Select launcher_release_candidate
