2.35, Can Baktria recruit Armored Elephants?

Hi, love the mod. Been playing since 1.1 of the original (First time, long time as they say). Just got back into EBII, I know in previous versions that only AS and Taks could recruit Armored Elephants. Now that 2.35 is out, has Baktria been added to the factions that can recruit them?

Nope, we've discussed whether there should be some means by which owning Indian provinces might make them available in the Basilike Patris.

That's a real shame, actually, but apparently the Seleucids and other Hellenistic factions can recruit regular Indian elephants from the stables of Antiocheia in Syria. Unfortunately I can't do that as the Romani, SPQR, but I can recruit towered African elephants from Carthage. So that's pretty sweet.

Yes, Arche Seleukeia has access to them in Antiocheia. Both normal Indian and Armored.

All Hellenistic factions can recruit them from Syria. I did it as Pergamon.
