No he means literally when we restart php-fpm on the server. To make changes to the configuration of program the program needs to be stopped the changed made and then restarted. The configuration file has been changed but php cannot be stopped and restarted until the search index is rebuilt. We also want to move to php 7.1 as well for the wiki upgrade, but that is a separate change.

How to make Morrowind less buggy for new players - Of course every player may find it useful.
A restart of php services is required to make the changes I made to the config file take affect. But if I stop and start php now then the current index that is running will die and will have to be started over.

I don't think they've vanished, it just doesn't seem possible to get to the last page in that thread***
That behaviour was happening earlier on other threads - could it still be part of the re-indexing issue?

I think I successfully killed the index. We are going to try to move to Sphinxsearch instead. I have been tweaking some of the config settings, if you get a 500 error then you managed to call a page view in the exact 3 seconds I was restarting a service. Sorry about that. I will try to get page load times down to something reasonable before we do too much else.

If there is a blank space where your inbox for PMs should be, you are not alone - I have the same issue. While Technical Staff investigate this, it's possible to see new, unread PMs by selecting My Account and following the link to an unread PM from User Notifications. However, this doesn't make it possible to see PMs which have been read - there's still a blank space where the inbox would normally be.
Thank you to Technical Staff for your hard work and to everyone for your patience!
Mine are working normally. Does it do that on every theme?
I don't have any issues with PMs atm. Only the extreme slowness and still a few broken pics. Using the latest Firefox and the TWCenter skin.
Whenever I try to click on my user-name "Axalon" or "My Profile" I get "HTTP ERROR 500" and a blank... ("My Account" and "Notifications" seems to work...)

I am using chrome btw...
