Increasing the number of regions with knights' chapter houses
So... I think I've followed the steps correctly, simply copying ", templars_chapter_house" or ", st_johns_chapter_house", or both, just in the same place I saw that they were placed in regions such as Jerusalem (one in each faction's capital, such as Paris, London or Venice). After that, I deleted the "map.rwm" file. And then, I started a new campaign. And now I can build both chapter houses at turn 1. Is that right? Shouldn't I earn some points first, by participating in crusades and all that?

Nah in Stainless Steel 6.4 the Chapter Houses are not like guilds, they are simply buildings which can be constructed in specific locations. In vanilla they were counted as guilds

Not sure if I can help but you can use this as an alternative. Since I'm pretty sure every catholic except Norway gets access to one of the knightly orders according to this model. Props to this mod btw. It's pretty cool. I reccomend you check it out if you can get your issue resolved.

Just to also mention, this mod allows you to use knight orders belonging to other catholic factions - i.e. Crusaders States get access to the Teutonic knights in Acre, Aragon can get access to Templar knights if they get a region that has access to them etc.

I see. Well, I'm glad I didn't make any mistake. Thanks for the answers!
