Where can I change pictures?

Specifically, those two that show in the tech tree (the military and the civic pic).

Also the picture when, for example, you get a mission from the council/senate etc.

Anyone know the place to change them?

I have the pack file manager but I haven't managed to find those yet.

I have found the ones that show when a building is complete or a tech is complete etc but not the ones that I mentioned above.

You are probably looking for this:

Data_rome2.pack -> ui> campaign ui -> technologies & message_icons
Data_rome2.pack -> ui> campaign ui -> eventpics

They are in the eventpics.

I started looking for it be cause when I was playing as Macedonia and the Seleucid Empire, when the senate was giving me a mission, I had the eastern pic shown.

It would be of great help if anyone can point me to where I can change the appointed pictures to factions.

Try to look under DB section for missions table, incidents, events.... there you should be able to define your what picture is shown for what event. :-)
