    Default Umbrella Academy (Netflix)

Looks like a weird cross between Deadly Class and X-Men.

I hope it will be good.

Touch of Kingsmen/Misfits too. Still, looks fun...

Haven't read the books, but judging by the trailer it's right up my alley.

I actually meant to send this to you because I felt the same.

First episode was decent. Bit weird and confusing but some really awesome scenes.

I was not wrong; The show has not only exists in my alley, it's bought property in my alley and I expect it to grow old and die there. Binged the first half or so of the show yesterday. Feel like a show hasn't been made so much for me since the Netflix version of Dirk Gently (which probably means it'll be cancelled any time now).

I'm gonna try watching more of it today. Between this and Russian Doll Netflix has had an interesting month.

Not quite spoilers for the ending, but probably best read after seeing the whole thing.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
I don't think I've ever been more annoyed about a cliffhanger and I haven't been this excited about continuing a story in a long time. I hope they get a season 2, but even if they don't I feel the season was fantastic as a standalone story.

Been in bed practically all day minus brief bouts of activity based on news and such. Whatever sickness I got has laid me out completely. So I finally finished the show.

Overall I liked the show. Has some issues I will need to ponder on but I will most certainly not complain about a second season. Can't see this series going on for too long though.

    That goddamn cliffhanger though...

Really enjoyed it, although some of the action scenes were cringeworthy.

Wanted to see some of the other 36 children born at the same time also.

Yeh, I enjoyed it. comedy is good, action is okay, time travel plot works. It's not amazing but it's binge worthy.
