What should I do?

Well i couldn't find the memory ratio thing on my BIOS, so by increasing the MEMCLK on this nifty program should that work or should I do it slowly as the fsb is at 260mhz already. I'm also suprised because the memory is set at 400mhz (200) in the BIOS. Its already clocked to 260mhz btw from 233mhz. I know it can run at 200mhz because it should be running at that speed anyway, if it wasn't for my dodgy mothrboard:hmmm:

Re: What should I do?
if its not already reading your clock setting correctly id scrap the program especially when your bios is reading it right . This program is not reading your mem correctly but you can try manually setting it up there and see what it does , as long as you are not changing volts you should be fine......personally find most of these programs are junk.

Re: What should I do?
No, the thing is it is reading it right, CPU-Z tells me that my memory is running at 133mhz when i have a 200fsb, my motherboard doesn't seem to have a setting to change the ratio which is wierd. it does have a setting which you can change from 133, 166 or 200 but that never makes a difference at all.

Re: What should I do?
My apologies , your mb therefore accepts ddr400 but does not show thats whats slotted when the splash screen comes up after booting or exiting bios , right? Or the correct clock value. Go ahead and set the clock value to 200 and see if you notice a change...shouldnt crash anything and if it does reset your bios and forget about the program. If it works maybe we can adjust your voltage to it at that point and see if that impacts performance.

Re: What should I do?
are you sure that every stick of ram you have in your system is DDR400? If one is a lower speed it throttles every other stick of ram.

Re: What should I do?
I would suggest bumping your voltage back up anyway since most ddrs were designed to accept the higher voltage , it should also make your ram more stable , now overclocking your voltage is a different matter.

Re: What should I do?
I found out something called 'memory flexibility' option was limiting my memory to run at 133mhz lol.

Thats different. Glad you have it working now.
