if I put it like in the tutorial the game crashes when I want to start a custom battle and I try to select a hobilar.
Where is the problem?
1st: Did you read the tutorial carefully?
2nd: Does your mod includes MARKA horses animations and does your mod includes MARKA horses in the descr_mount.txt ?
Because IF you had READ the tutorial carefully you should know that in the end the animation entry in bmdb MUST CHANGE IN TO THE FOLLOWING!

In your bmdb you "order" the game to use the default vanilla animations that cause the proken legs effect.
You should ALSO press all the links in that tutorial because such an example is INCLUDED.
Otherwise the horses will look strange with broken legs.
I must remind you to use MEDIUM_HORSE_MARKA normal map body textures in order to have their muscles and vains and eyes properly shown.
That way even total black stalions will show thei body details.
Another cause of CTD is your entry in the 1st place:

24 are the factions that follow and the mount_pony is available (in your case 29).
The numbers i pointed out in your example cause CTD .They are wrong as a model entry anyway.
NOTTICE THAT AFTER the "10 mount_pony" NOTHING follows.
The number 3 shows how many lods the model will have.

Unless you created two more lods of the model. Otherwise game engine tries to find lod1 and lod2 but can not find them and cause a CTD.
After the number of factions you have you will put the model and its texture entries.
