More than one Archon Tou Demou at the same time

Hello,

I have started a campaign with the Koinon Hellenon.

But in the first turns of the game, I have two athenian that are Achon Tou Demou at the same time.

Is-it intended ?

I had this as well but later in the game. it doesnt really matter it just gives u an extra archon for the last reform(u need 4).

You can't give a trait to just one person, if more than one character qualifies. There is no means of limiting them, so yes it's intended.

In my few Koinon Hellenon campaigns, it was the first time that I notice this.
