I thought as much, and i tested with an army with a baggage train unit, had to wait a fewe turns as had to build a supply warehouse to get them lol, but yeah, results were the same, roads, no harsh summer, 1 baggae trian unit, still faced attrition.

So it's probably unavoidable. More like a feature than a bug.

Possibly, think it may be a bug however, simply as I continued with the campaign and was able to avoid attrition in various other desert regions, but not in Phazania

I used baggage trains only couple of times when supply system was introduced and never bothered with them again, they are totally useless in my opinion. I knew about this bug all this years, sad to hear that it is unfixable.

Ιf it happens only there, then it's a bug indeed. Not sure if we could fix it though. I'll talk with the others and if it's fixable we'll let you know.
