Default Working on new mod, Vanilla RTW 1.5

Hi all, I'm new to this forum but I've been playing Rome for ages!
Some months ago I had the idea to take the Vanilla Rome Total War 1.5 and turn it upside down.
Especially in the unit rosters. I've played thousand upon thousand of hours and I got a bit tired of the same units all over again.
So I had the idea to change every faction and give them brand new units. In the past I've added some new units to factions like Numidia but I never really got into the idea of changing all units, until now...
The last month I've been designing new units, well not really new units but just different types of units. I started with changing Spain because it's my favorite faction to play.
Here are some pictures of the new units I've made. And I could use some help! I'm very bad at making unit cards, I use 3DS Max but I can't get the template to work for info cards with the grass and whatnot.
Also it would be nice if people would be interested to help me out with unit information, as these new units aren't historically accurate at all I'm not very good at writing 20 lines of nonsesne about a unit.
Ofcoure balancing is also something I look into in the future. I like the feel of the Vanilla RTW and I like to keep the units in their faction colors as well.

Wouldn't be better if you left the original units and added the new ones in the roster ?

I've been thinking to do that but I think many factions would have too many units. I also could add more buildings for barbarian factions though. Still deciding what to do.

I HAVE THE IDEA TO ABANDON ONCE AND FOR ALL THE UNITS WITH THE STRIPED TROUSERS, OR ONLY KEEP THEM FOR GAULS. ALL THE OTHER BARBARIANS DID NOT USE THOSE TROUSERS. NOT FOR THE STRIPES, IS THE MODEL WHAT I WANT TO ELIMINATE OF THE GAME, UNLESS THE GAULS.

Hmm, I like the striped pants, and I'm not making any units which are "accurate" at the time, I like to spice things up with more stronger units and to give any faction a decent roster with different unit types and to keep the battles more interesting with adding morale bonuses.
