[QUESTION] Any way to remove dead bodies on higher settings?

Hi,

As the title says, is there a way to remove dead bodies on the battlefield? On Max Performance they disapear, I was wondering if it would be possible to make them disapear on higher settings (Unit Detail). Which files should I be looking at - if it's possible at all?
