Icon5 Modfolder EBII 2.35? Can it be done?

Same as title. Anyone have a solution for the Steam version of M2TW?

I have Steam Medieval II and the game automatically installs as a modfolder for me. What seems to be your problem?

In the Announcement thread, under 'M2TW Installation Instructions,' it states: '8) Installing other mods is not recommended.' I want to know if it's possible to install EBII 2.35 and
then install another mod in the same 'Medieval 2 Total War' directory?

Well, EBII is mod-foldered so I don't see why other mod-foldered mods like e.g. Stainless Steel wouldn't work. At a glance it doesn't look like EBII messes with the Medieval 2 root directory beyond adding a launcher? I think the advice means "don't install mods that will mess with the root installation". Other mod-foldered mods look like they'd be fine.

Obvs. take this with a pinch of salt, this is just my quick evaluation.

I haven't finished downloading the 2.35 yet, but when I played 2.3, I also had stainless steel, warhammer mod and crescent. When I clicked on the launcher for EB2.3, it also gave me the option of launching stainless steel as well, and all mods coexisted peacefully.

What about Steam? How would I switch between mods?

The mods should have their own executable file inside their mod folder, I believe, or like EBII they might just have their own launcher.
