Pompei cannot recruit catapults

I play Augutus campaign as Pompey, I built tier 2 workshop showing that catapults are unlocked, bu when i try to recruit them, they are simply out of the list of recruitable options.

Any ides, is it a bug of some kind?

You might not have proper reform level

I don't think so, I attached screenshots hopefully I have done it correctly

From my side, I have done only one unusual thing: I began using Marian reforms mod from the middle of my Augustus campaign. Maybe it has not caused this, but I am not sure...catapults availability should not be tied to reforms, right?

If you added a reforms submod into an existing campaign, then that is probably the issue if I had to guess.

It is reforms mod issue, I removed mod and solved it thank you
