Morale/fatigue submod

Hello all,

I would like to know if any of you made a submod for personal use modifying the ID morale stats ? Units rout too rarely in my opinion in ID, and fatigue has totally disappeared (which would be fine if AI was running all the time, but I noticed it almost never run in this mod - and I have at least 20 hours of ID gameplay)
If anyone of you have this, then I supplicate you to share it

ID is the best Empire mod when it comes to graphics and immersion, but the best/most realistic morale system I found was in Empire Total Realism (including it's amazing "cohesion/order" system which replace fatigue)
I wish this system was implemented in ID so much

Anyway thanks for reading and hopefully someone will be able to help me since I have no knowledge in Warscape modding
