Is an upcoming grand strategy turn based game similar to total war but that uses a we-go system. Players enter their turn at same time and the cpu processes their turns at same time [MP up to 16 players]. Having played civil war 2 by ageod has cured my whole created when I stopped playing total war when it became to arcade like.


The developers say it will be completely open to modding and made as easy as possible. "Your imagination is your limit" and when asked if they will do a medieval time period they said "If we dont make that medieval game for you, you can just go in and do it yourself." "the entire system is exposed to you." Battles can even be exported to another game.

So my question is, who is going to make a Rise of Mordor mod for this game so we can Campaign MP? I am trying to get people together to make a LOTR mod for the game, PM me if you are interested.

I was hyped when I saw the title. Then I saw the game.

Unfortunately nobody on the new Rise of Mordor team seems to frequent TWCenter, or even read the Steam comments.

Haha, just based off what I have seen over the years it looks like a lot of people don't frequent TWC anymore. Perhaps I'm just on the wrong mod or sub-mod page but it is what it is. I used to spend hours working on mods (mostly for myself) and as the years have went by I've found that life gets in the way. Another thing; this is actually my seconds account on TWC because of harassment when I was helping with modding and some poor fools decided they didn't like the direction the mod was taking.

Good luck on all of you and the team endeavor to do! There are some of us that lurk and look from time to time with great interest.

As far as the actual thread is concerned....ehhh I'm just not seeing it.

As much as I love the principles of AGEOD; this game, unfortunately, can't compete with The Total War franchise simply because of the combat mechanics. Everything related to the campaign map does look fantastic... I just hope someone comes up with proper competition for The Total War franchise.
