Default Gaming Service Shield | Contribution Awards

Credit goes to Jadli, for making these awards creation.

I proudly present the Gaming Service Shield, a new special contribution award for those, that helped out Gaming Staff members for contributing in administering hotseat games within the hotseating community of TWC in the past years. The award has 3 distinct level representing one's long term contribution in our community.

-The three level will correspond to 5, 15 and 30 admin points. Bronze level will be awarded for 5 or more points, Silver will be awarded for 15 or more points and Gold will be awarded for 30 or more points.

    - People, who wishes to receive or ask for the award to honor their contributions will have to apply for it at Gaming Staff by listing all of their contributions with easily accessable links to the relevant hotseats, detailing down specifics and in few words their past works in hotseats and we will check and decide, if it worths one of the levels of the medals.
In this thread we will list all those members, who received this medal.

The followings below details the points you can earn by your past contributions:

    - All hotseats, that were started or ended after the beginning of january in 2016 year are eligible for points.

    - Successfully concluded hotseats, as a main admin worth 1 point while a co-admin position for a successfully concluded hotseat will grant 0.5 point. However co-admin positions will be looked into by GS to check the applicants did actually do some co-admin work, contributed in the hotseat with the main admin together. In the case, that the main admin was active enough and the person that filled the co-admin position didn't have much to do, will not receive the points.

-An extra 0.5 points can be awarded in the case of a hotseat, where the admin was active throughout and the game required an extraordinary level of admin activity. For example, subbing multiple factions for an extended period of time, such that the hotseat would have struggled or outright ended without those contributions.

    - If a hotseat ended without being concluded it will worth 0.5 point for a main admin, that was active and did his duties well. GS will look into this, but if the admin was active, but couldn't conclude the hotseat because too many players left the hard work will still worth for 0.5 point. Additionally, the one, who filled in the co-admin position and contributed can earn 0.5 point, but a player from that hotseat have to recommend that co-admin for extra validation.

    - If a hotseat changed main admins while running, then the later admin who finished the hotseat successfully will get 0.5 points. The previous main admin might be eligible for the 0.5 points, if they did good amount of work before, they had to leave. Gaming Staff will check and judge case by case.

    - If someone sets up a special hotseat, with his own modded files or a whole new submod, perhaps created new ideas, rules to enrich the hotseating experience will grant 1 or 0.5 point for the additional work the person put into it, but this will be judged by Gaming Staff case by case.

Level 1, Bronze Shield is awarded for earning atleast 5 admin points for past contribution.

Level 2, Silver Shield is awarded for earning atleast 15 admin points for past contributions.

Level 3, Golden Shield is awarded for earning atleast 30 admin points for past contributions.
