Curia, the place where a better way of doing things are just opposed for the sake of opposing. This proposals have all the advantages of the current system minus all of the drawbacks.

Seriously Pike, no hard feeling but if the majority of the active citizens in the curia still oppose to your proposal, it might be better to ask yourself if there isn't something wrong with it instead of considering they're all wrong and you're right. First step to wisdom

I know no one is obligated to state why they opposed, but given the nature of the proposal, I would like to know why. Meaning, this is something that has never been tried before.

Thee were a number of significant changes based on what was said on the first page. You only commented on the anonymity part, which was never significant and is now moot.

Based on the "stick and carrot" policy (without the carrot), your main idea was/is to encourage citizens making more referrals, in the hope that if they behave badly, there'zs a lot of cxhance that they get referred. Fair enough.
By removing the principle of anonymity, don't you think that the opposite effect may result?

No I won't. As already said, I'm fine with the current system. I don't see a need to change it. Hence, I don't need to counter-propose something to your proposal.

As far as I know, there's nothing that oblige me to justify my position. You asked why. I've answered. I think that shows a minimum of respect. Something that I can't see in your post above unfortunately. So don't complain if people don't will to develop why they're opposed to your proposal. Instead, the right attitude here would have been to highlight the changes, just in case if I and others who have stated their opposition here have missed something. I wasn't asking for a counterproposal; just feedback. In a strange twist of irony, you answered my question. Earlier you stated an issue with the anonymity clause, so that is why I had this expression in the first place; Rats, I thought I had a good chance to get your support for the first time. next time then.
