I use Chrome and the download proceeded normally from start to finish. File is complete and capable of performing a normal install. So not sure what your issue is, but it's not moddb or the file itself.

I've had issues downloading large mods on moddb before, the download speed would slowly fall to zero and the files would stop downloading completely (on Chrome).
