Admin clearing something up: Targaryens start with a siege works in Storms End, while all other factions start without even a ballista maker. When I get home I'll use the previous Targ save to destroy it and units recruited by it, and refund Targs for the unit cost.

Been terriboy busy, work took a lot longer this weekend and haven't had time to touch my pc After further discussion the changes will not be applied retroactivley, but will instead be implemented at the start of next turn.

Interesting ruling to implement your decision next turn as that trebuchet was used to kill an entire stack of 4000 Lannister’s which otherwise wouldn’t have been possible. Things were clear by yesterday, changes were done today. After consulting whit Joe we've reached a decision. Turn 2 will be replayed. I've removed the siege workshop and trebuchet from existence and refunded the money spent on the trebuchet. A save with the changes made has been sent to Dragon
