edit post/new post (it's always better to have packs into first thread) > go advanced > manage attachements
or just upload the file into mediafire (or the site you prefer) and copy the link

Yeah, Google for example lets you just update the file without changing the link, but there are other sites as well ofc.

I notice the file size on Steam for your mod is around 103 Mb, which is a little too large for TWC Download since the max file size is 100 Mb.


Give it a try to upload it on TWC Download in the Rome 2 TW Skin & Models category with a mod title as "Ptolemaic Egypt Reskin - Submod for the Divide et Impera mod".

Just follow the instructions.

1. Click on the +Add new file button
2. Type the mod title I suggested there it says File Name
3. Type you as the author in the Author field
4. Don't change the category since the link goes there (later when you upload another mod then you can change the category)
5. Click on the browse button and select what archive you want to upload then press Enter
6. Should you not being able to upload the archive on TWC Download then add the Steam link into the "Link to file" field
