Icon5 Alith Anar (Nagarythe) suffers attrition damage in suitable climate (frozen tundra)?

I just noticed that armies of Alith Anar suffer attrition damage when they are in the northren tundra lands that usually belong to Malekith's dark elves, even if Alith Anar has taken over those lands.

The cities themselves are marked as the ideal perfect suitable climate so Alith Anar suffers no penalties from living in those cities.

But if he steps outside those cities he gets severe attrition from the cold tundra terrain.

Frankly it does not make any sense that the climate is "ideal" as long as you dont set a foot outside the city, because then you get wrecked by the cold attrition.

I think this is the only case in the game where a faction suffers attrition EVERYWHERE around their "ideal climate" tundra cities, and it honestly feels like an oversight.

Perhaps Alith Anar faction was supposed to have immunity to the frozen tundra attrition, same as the other factions that find that climate "ideal".

Luckily Alith has the Shadow Realm stance that gives attrition immunity, but the ideal climate inflicting attrition still makes no sense.

Yea, that seems like an oversight, giving him the same attrition as the other High Elves. If it isn't it's quite an odd design choice.
