hello
has anyone actually seen a roman model done in medieval 2 engine?![]()
really wouldn't mind seeing one, to see how improved the models can be.

Hence one of the reasons WHY I am not touching MTW2 yet, that and the Bug issues. I learned with RTW that alot of WORK can be wasted with the release of new patches etc. and who knows how long before we get tools? Already its been longer than for RTW without tools.......
to me with alot of the Mods MTW2 isnt that special. Yes there are a few odds and ends, but really Not worth alot of the effort some are putting in to it so early IMO.
hello
errrrrgh that is poor, i had seen one model edit, where they were assessing the amount of polygons used, a more eloborate model was created, but ended up with less polys than the sega ones, bizzare?
they have taken ages to get tools out! have they decided that they don't want there game modding so easily?
booooh lol

There are some legal issus for the mesh file exporter to 3d max. but its a lot more modable than RTW. only thing is the battle_model.modelDB which is difficult to edit (at least for me). Even campain AI can be changed, the EDU and EDB is also very easy to mod, but I understand your point.
To mod TW you waste also a lot of time^^
