Possible WH character skill reset?

I was just reading the new patch notes for R2 beta and one thing caught my eyes:

.....The game generates a new Family Tree based on the data in your save game, and refunds any skill points you’ve already spent on your Agents, enabling you to spend them in the new skills tree to your preference. Issues are still possible, of course – Please report any that you find!

This might be interesting idea for exploring to find skill reset for WH lords,characters after confederation? If it is possible in R2...might work as well in WHs...
