Hey guys,

I have a question. Like you can see in the picture there is a big malus of 99%. I can't find out why. I looked in the province effects but there is no big debuff. Maybe the season autumn?

I hope you could help me out.

Maybe you are looking at the wrong region's effects? Your maritime region is New Carthage.

1. The region capital is Independent, so that's an immediate 50% malus to income from all sources
2. The sea region (Mare Balearicum) is contested (red borders) so that's at least a 40% malus on trade income from piracy. Hover over the sea to see exactly how much the malus is

Combined that makes at least a 90% debuff to your maritime commerce, the rest may be from your governor
