    Default [Rome] Possible squalor bug?

I'm playing as Rome right now. So I mostly fixed the sanitation problems in some provinces, but Italia and Magna Graecia are at 11 squalor for some reason. I checked the buildings and it doesn't add up. For example in Arretium I have a +2 squalor Large Vineyards and the settlement itself gives +2 squalor. That's a total of +4 squalor, right? Well, it says that the current squalor in that settlement is 11. Is there some hidden mechanic I'm unaware of?

Urbanisation adds a fixed squalor. More urban regions like Roma or Neapolis have high squalor, a +4 malus. You can view these details by hovering over the bottom left corner at the temple-looking icon

Aah, got it. Thanks. Wouldn't it make more sense to keep urbanisation squalor only in the big cities, though? Arretium is just a minor settlement with like 2 buildings. Shouldn't be affected imo.

The urbanisation mechanic represents historically well-populated areas to give them certain benefits and drawbacks over rural regions. It's a way of diversifying each region to give it characteristics that are more suitable for certain buildings and strategies

Unrelated question, but is Vercingetorix invincible? His army consisted only of his bodyguard unit. I fought the battle manually and my cavalry spent 30 minutes trying to kill the last 2 routing people in his unit. Battle timer ran out, I won and Vercingetorix' army survived and somehow birthed 60 people out of 2.
