Files sent to Reddy and themzr (and can be sent to anyone else who wants I guess), so the hotseat could start any time, once Reddy approves the files.
I spent way more time than I should have on polishing this campaign. Especiallly I spent a lot of time on balancing AI/rebel armies, polishing settlements all over the map, starting character, etc. In this hotseat it will be instrumental for your survival to plan properly what buildings you build in which settlements. Plus, obviously you also have to pay a lot of attention to all other things connected to it. AI/Rebels will likely be a bigger challenge than you would expect. Each faction aslo have at least one large powerful undead army to deal with... There might also be some daedras from what I heard?Anyway, there are some things you are supposed to figure out or notice which would help building your faction greatly... I could give you some hints, but Im not sure if Reddy wants me to, so I ll leave it to him. Might be also helpful to check out my TES guide, if you havent yet, to understand all the mechanics
