Installation problems with EB 2.3

I have been trying to install EB 2.3 on a clean M2TW directory, with no mods. However, the game simply does not start when I try to run the mod. The error log is included.

You're trying to install EBII on M2TW, you need Kingdoms patched to v1.05.
