This are the most unbalanced units on this mod IMHO, i've been playing since rome 1 and this is my opinion

BUFFS:

Heavy shock cav: Just terrible, costs 800-1500 and doesn't does enough dmg to justify it's cost, it's useless as it can't make a 500$ to lose more than 40 men of a single charge from behind and btw you can't do the historical charge-retreat-charge-retreat tactic as if you try to go back after charge you will get slaughtered.

Specially the companion cavalry is terrible, the most fearsome cavalry in the old empires,by far the most beautiful cav in the mod,can't kill alone by charging no matter if from behind a 500$ swordmen unit,it costs1500$, they need a buff on attack, defense and charge urgently!!!

The archers: U-S-E-L-E-S-S in terms of killing units, it's true that with fire arrows they do a fantastic job making enemy units rout, but they don't kill no matter how good they are, at least this one cost only 500$ as much.

NERFS:

Javelin cav skirmishers: OP as hell, they can easily kill a 1500$ cav due to OP dmg and range and also they cannot be taken down as even light cav is too slow to catch them, a single unit killing a 1500$ one without any difficult is obvious bad balance, nerfs on speed (so they can be catched by melee cav), dmg and range.

Celt units: So some tribes lost in the forest are actually as good nearly as the famous seleucid galatian guard, this is , they should have barely any armour and they should not have the disciplined plus as celts weren't a proffesional army unlike hellenic empires, they should be basecly militias.



So this is what it needs buff/nerf imho, Specially that that javelins need a nerf my godf!!!!!!
