I don't think I have installed v2 correctly?
I recall reading about new splash screens, but I am seeing the earlier mod version screens nothing new. I don't understand it's a simple enough install.
Also should the config files be read only? My settings won't stick. :hmmm:
EDIT: IS there any stat I can check in game that would tell me I have the latest version installed ok? thnks.

2.0 uses the same loading screens as the earlier versions of LTC. If a shortcut called Lands to Conquer v2.0 has appeared on your desktop it's installed correctly.
