Intercultural relations seem un-balanced
Pergamon (greek subculture of Hellenistic) has cultural penalties of -40 with Byzantium (greek subculture of Hellenistic) and -60 with Selucids (macedonian subculture of Hellenistic), which seems a bit overboard, while having 0 cultural penalty with Rome, which is strange
I tried overriding this with a campaign_cultural_relations table

however this didn't have any effect, nor did going deeper into the sub-cultural level. Is there some script that's setting cultural relations?
