Sorry I' not very bright!

Hi, I was just wondering if anybody could help me?
I'm really interested in playing this mod & have downloaded & installed it etc, however, when i click on the batch file icon thing to launch it i get a pop up telling me that another program is using this file. I know this is probably something really simple but when it comes to anything further than clicking on stuff I'm utterly incompetent!
I ended up just making a backup & copying the files out of the LTC folder over my originals which appears to have at least half worked as I've got the new victory conditions etc but no splash screens.
I'd appreciate any help with this.

The installer wasn't still up and running in the background was it? Maybe try rebooting your pc and then running the Lands to Conquer shortcut again?

Hey, it is Windows. Windows is not a operating system, it's a game by itself. So uninstall MTW2, reinstall it, patch it, mod it. Fine.
