What is BI. exe?

I've been through alot of posts here and a couple of times I see a better campaign AI mentioned thanks to BI.exe?

What do I have to do to get this file and to make it work?

BI.exe is the Barbarian Invasion '.exe' file as opposed to the RTW.exe.

You need the 'Barbarian Invasion' expansion for RTW.
